New high-precision load cells PR 55, PR 58 and PR 79
The load cells of the LC series, from the range of Minebea Intec, the world's leading manufacturer of industrial technologies for weighing and inspection, provide the most accurate weighing results. Minebea Intec has now completed this product series with two new single-point load cells PR 55 and PR 58, as well as the beam load cell PR 79. These high-quality stainless steel load cells offer a reliable solution for demanding weighing processes in industrial environments and are certified according to international standards OIML, NTEP, ATEX and IECEx.
Whether in the food, chemical, agricultural or construction industries, single-point and beam load cells play a decisive role in various applications - such as weighing containers or silos to optimize dosing and filling processes, for level control, in mechanical engineering or as an integrated component control scales and platform scales.
The LC series load cells range from simple aluminum load cells such as the PR 43 to hermetically welded variants such as the new PR 55 load cell with a Y-value of up to 25,000 for high precision applications. The new LC Nito PR 79 load cell with load levels from 91 kg to 5 t, can be used not only for platform scales but also for tank weighing.
Our load cells impress with their quality and long service life. Recently, we have been able to further improve our productivity by investing in production, in order to provide customers with faster delivery times.
